Ross Kelly

Ross joined the Auscorporate® team in mid-2025 while pursuing a double degree in Business Administration and Finance, majoring in Management and Capital Markets and minoring in Project Management, at the Australian National University.  

Ross contributes by approaching clients with a structured, problem-focused perspective, applying his studies through hand-on experience in the corporate advisory field. His strengths lie in building rapport with clients, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the development of actionable strategies to generate long-term value for clients.  

 He is particularly interested in utilising stakeholder alignment and rapid, iterative design-thinking methodologies to gain a holistic understanding of client challenges in uncertain environments. Particularly, blending an understanding of the human element of organisational operations in tandem with data-driven insights enables him to approach clients with a rounded and adaptive mindset to drive client success.  

 Since joining the team, Ross has developed strong analytical skills regarding financial and process modelling. Having already achieved Xero Advisor and Payroll certification, Ross is committed to further developing his skills within the advisory sector. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business Administration - Majoring in Management (Expected 2025)

• Bachelor of Finance - Majoring in Capital Markets for Finance (Expected 2027)
