With more than 25 years of industry experience, Amanda is a Chartered Accountant who brings deep expertise in financial leadership across both domestic and international markets. Her career spans a broad range of sectors, including automotive, technology, legal services, cyber security, and healthcare, where she has held senior executive finance roles in both listed and private enterprises.

Amanda’s career is distinguished by her ability to design and implement robust financial governance frameworks, deliver sophisticated modelling, and provide the financial infrastructure required to support scale-ups and established organisations alike. She has been instrumental in capital raising efforts—leading the financial activities for numerous on- and off-market raises, instilling investor confidence, and ensuring valuations are optimised to facilitate successful transactions.

Her experience includes CFO and senior finance leadership positions at Secure & Innovate Group, Fifth Domain, Seeing Machines Limited, and MV Law. Across these roles, Amanda has consistently delivered value through her focus on strategy, operational transformation, and investor engagement. She continues to work closely with Canberra-based organisations, providing hands-on advisory support as a Principal Advisor and practitioner at Auscorporate.
