Brendan Hallett
Brendan Hallett - Associate Advisor | Corporate Advisory
Brendan joined the Auscorporate team in 2023 while studying in his final year of a Commerce degree majoring in Finance and Banking at the University of Canberra. While Brendan had previously been engaged in several different client-facing roles, he joined Auscorporate keen to apply his university studies to real-world contexts and gain valuable insights about how small to medium businesses really operate, and where his expertise could be developed and used to assist our clients and make a real difference.
In 2025, the Tax Practitioners Board admitted Brendan as a BAS Agent.
Since joining the team, Brendan has built strong relationships with clients and team members and continues to deliver highly valued insights, ideas, and new perspectives to clients daily. Brendan’s analytical skills and passion for working with clients to make great decisions and to 'tell it as it is' have seen him prepare, perform, and collaborate with clients on financial calculations that include:
Financial forecast models – for clients who need assistance with future planning or for clients who are in the early stages of seeking investment.
Monthly Management Account Reports – delivering monthly critical analysis on business performance.
Cost model calculators – for clients seeking advice on what they should charge their customers.
Weekly cash flow management forecasts – for clients experiencing cash flow shortages and/or in generally managing cash flow decision-making.
Redundancy payments and related employee entitlements – for clients undergoing business restructures.
Brendan is passionate about financial analysis and the importance of clients understanding the reason behind the numbers, not just the numbers themselves. He is particularly passionate about Capital Markets and Investments.
