Hide and Seek Group have delivered digital ecosystems to multiple Australian federal government agencies and leading public companies alike. Their digital solutions compete on the international creative industry stage and help make a measurable impact on the way people live.

  • In 2021, Australian Corporate Advisory was appointed by Hide and Seek Group to advise and deliver services to support a management-buy-out (MBO) transaction to ensure a smooth transition of human capital, capability, and clients. Our services included developing and delivering a scale-up strategy, employing commercial practice expertise, employment practices services and strategic planning. We were also engaged to advise and lead notifications with prospective investors and to identify, secure and establish a corporate head office for Hide and Seek. We were then engaged to successfully negotiate an investment in Hide and Seek from ASX Listed LiveTiles Limited (ASX:LVT).

  • Following a successful MBO, Hide and Seek Group were presented with a unique opportunity to leverage acquired assets, develop new processes, and employ new systems to scale-up fast in what is a competitive environment for creative talent and services; the result of which would be the effective creation, staffing and scale-up of a national digital design consultancy in a matter of months and investment from an ASX listed shareholder.

    Australian Corporate Advisory successfully advised Hide and Seek throughout its MBO and throughout negotiations with its new shareholder assisting management in developing an effective transition plan. Australian Corporate Advisory has been retained as corporate advisors to the Hide and Seek Group.

  • Air Airborne Geo Exploration Pty Ltd (AirGeoX) is an innovative company that provides airborne geophysical surveys using long endurance Unmanned Arial Vehicles (UAV) heavy lift platforms that dramatically lower the cost and improves the performance of aeromagnetic and geological surveying compared with traditional manned aircraft.

    As a growing enterprise AirGeoX was faced with a unique operating context stemming from the nature of its remote operations in mining sites around central Australia and overseas.
